For me, being outdoors is where I find calm, clarity and healing.
These past weeks, I find the shifting light pulling me outside, into the fresh air and open space of my garden. But that sense of connection to nature doesn’t have to come from a private yard. Whether it’s a shared garden, a city park, a quiet trail, or even just a sunny spot by a window, being in touch with the natural world can bring a welcome sense of peace.
If you do have an outdoor space, no matter the size, I believe it should support that feeling. It should reflect your needs, your style, and your way of slowing down and reconnecting.
Today, I encourage you to step outside, or look outside, and take a moment...or two. Walk, breathe, sip your coffee, listen to what’s around you.
Nature has a lot to offer — sometimes we just need a small reminder to notice.
